Returns & Exchanges Policy

Return Policy

Returns are accepted only for defective products. All return requests are handled on a case-by-case basis to ensure fairness and quality control.

If you receive a defective product:

  • Contact us via WhatsApp at +65 93729406 or email care@mysunnystep.com.

  • Provide clear photos of the defect and your order number for verification.

Please note:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in original packaging.

  • Items without complete original packaging (boxes, tags, inserts) will not be eligible for return.

  • Once verified and approved, returns will be processed promptly.


Exchange Policy

We are happy to offer exchanges for unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged items within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Exchanges are only allowed for size changes, not for different designs or colors.

  • Items must include all original packaging and accessories.

  • Items purchased with promotional codes or during sales are not eligible for exchange.

To request an exchange:

  1. Contact us via WhatsApp at +65 93729406 or email care@mysunnystep.com.

  2. Pack the item securely with original packaging.

  3. Visit one of our physical retail stores listed below to complete the exchange.

International Exchanges:

  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost.

  • Inform us of your preferred courier and tracking number.

  • Once received and approved, your new item will be shipped promptly.
