Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

Information on Shipping & Delivery:

Singapore Orders: Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout. We’ll process your order within 3 business days, and delivery typically takes 3–5 business days 

International Orders: We ship to selected countries worldwide. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout, and orders are processed within 3 business days. International deliveries typically arrive within 10 business days. Please note that customs or import duties may apply depending on your location. These fees are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the recipient.

 

Information on Return Policy:

Returns are only accepted in the case of product defects. We handle return requests on a case by case basis. If you encounter any issues with your product, please reach out to us via WhatsApp at +65 93729406. Kindly provide us with pictures of the items for verification purposes.

 

Information on Exchange Policy:

We are happy to offer exchanges for unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged items within 14 days of receiving your order in Singapore. Please note that exchanges are only permitted for a different shoe size and not for different designs or colors.

To request an exchange, kindly reach out to us via WhatsApp at +65 93729406 or email us at care@mysunnystep.com. It is important to ensure that the items being returned are accompanied by their original packaging, including boxes, and other signature packaging materials.

Please be aware that any product returned without the complete original packaging and accessories, such as the box, menu, coupons/vouchers, and other items originally included with the product upon delivery, will not be eligible for an exchange. Failure to meet these requirements may result in the rejection of the return or exchange request, as well as any refund requests.

We do not offer international exchanges at this time. If you received an incorrect or defective item, please contact us via text or email and we will assist you accordingly.

Here is the exchange process:

  • Contact us via WhatsApp at +65 93729406 or email care@mysunnystep.com to request an exchange.
  • Pack the item securely using its original packaging material and. The product should be in new and unworn condition, with the tag still intact.
  • Visit one of our retail locations and our staff will assist you with the exchange process.
