We are looking for an energetic and engaging TikTok Livestream Host to represent our brand and drive sales through interactive live streaming. You will be responsible for hosting live sessions, demonstrating products, engaging with audiences in real time, and increasing conversions through compelling storytelling and sales techniques.
You will also be responsible for:
  • Host engaging and interactive live streams on TikTok to showcase products and drive sales.
  • Interact with the audience in real-time, answer questions, and provide product recommendations.
  • Demonstrate product features and benefits in an authentic and compelling way.
  • Maintain high energy levels throughout the livestream and create an entertaining shopping experience.
  • Monitor live stream analytics and provide feedback to improve engagement and conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align messaging and promotional strategies.
  • Stay updated on TikTok trends and implement creative ways to attract viewers and grow the audience.
We would want to speak with you if you are / have –
  • Confident, camera-friendly, and engaging personality with strong communication skills.
  • Experience in live streaming, hosting, sales, or content creation (preferably on TikTok or other social platforms).
  • Basic knowledge of sales techniques and ability to persuade and influence purchase decisions.
  • Ability to think on your feet and handle audience questions in real time.
  • Fluent in English, with excellent articulation and enthusiasm.
  • Passion for e-commerce, fashion, or lifestyle products (depending on the brand’s focus).
  • Flexible schedule, including availability on weekends and peak shopping periods.
It would be great if you have:
  • Prior experience in retail sales or social media marketing.
  • Ability to edit short-form videos for TikTok promotions.
  • Knowledge of TikTok algorithms and engagement strategies.

As we expand, we are looking for a Finance Executive to support our finance operations with precision and efficiency.
You will be responsible for:
Accounts Payable & Receivable
• Process invoices, payments, and staff claims accurately and on time.
• Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding payments.
• Verify transactions and ensure proper documentation for all financial records.
Financial Administration
• Assist in monthly closing activities, including reconciliation of accounts and preparing financial reports.
• Maintain organized records of financial documents for compliance and audits.
• Support the finance team in expense tracking, budgeting, and financial analysis.
Payroll & Compliance
• Assist with payroll processing, including verifying timesheets and allowances.
• Ensure compliance with tax, GST, and regulatory filings.
• Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and banks when needed.
Operational Support
• Work closely with the retail and supply chain teams to ensure smooth financial operations.
• Support procurement and inventory finance functions, ensuring accurate cost tracking.
• Assist in implementing and improving finance-related SOPs for efficiency.
We would want to speak with you if you are / have –
• Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
• 1-3 years of experience in finance or administrative roles.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Proficiency in Excel and accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, SAP, or similar).
• Good communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Highly organized, proactive, and able to meet deadlines.

The Comfort Advisor is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining a positive store environment. This role involves engaging with customers, handling transactions, managing inventory, and supporting store operations. The Retail Sales Associate plays a crucial role in enhancing the customer experience and contributing to the store’s success.
At Sunnystep, we’re not just retail sales associates — we’re the face of the brand and the first touchpoint for our customers. That’s why we call this role a Comfort Advisor. It’s about creating meaningful connections, offering personalised service, and helping people find comfort in every step.
You will also be responsible for:
  • Customer Service:
    • Greet customers warmly and provide a high level of service throughout their shopping experience.
    • Assist customers with product selections, answer questions, and offer recommendations based on their needs.
    • Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Sales and Transactions:
    • Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system, including handling cash, credit/debit card payments, and returns.
    • Meet or exceed sales targets by actively promoting products, upselling, and cross-selling.
    • Maintain knowledge of current promotions, sales, and store policies to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Store Maintenance:
    • Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times, including the sales floor and backroom areas.
    • Assist with visual merchandising, including arranging displays, setting up promotional materials, and maintaining store aesthetics.
    • Perform routine tasks such as restocking shelves, organizing products, and preparing merchandise for display.
  • Inventory Management:
    • Assist with inventory control tasks, including receiving shipments, checking stock levels, and conducting stock counts.
    • Report discrepancies or issues with inventory to the management team.
    • Support with merchandise returns and exchanges according to store policies.
  • Customer Engagement:
    • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and loyalty.
    • Engage in active listening to understand customer needs and preferences.
    • Promote store loyalty programs, memberships, or special offers to customers.
  • Team Collaboration:
    • Work collaboratively with other sales associates and store management to achieve store goals and maintain a positive work environment.
    • Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and development activities to enhance skills and performance.
    • Support colleagues with tasks and responsibilities as needed to ensure smooth store operations.
  • Compliance and Security:
    • Adhere to store policies, procedures, and standards for customer service, sales, and store operations.
    • Follow safety and security procedures to protect store assets and ensure a safe shopping environment.
    • Report any suspicious activity or safety concerns to store management immediately.

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1-2 years of retail or customer service experience preferred but not required.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage and assist customers effectively.
  • Basic math skills and familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and team-oriented approach.
