Terms and Conditions

  • Referrer must be an existing Sunnystep member.

  • Referee must sign up as a new member and make a purchase using the referrer’s code for the referral to count as successful.

  • Each referee will receive a $10 voucher immediately upon signing up.

  • Referrer will receive a $10 voucher for each successful referral; vouchers expire in 60 days and are non-stackable.

  • Only referrals made within the campaign period (20 Nov–31 Dec) are eligible; past referrals are not valid.

  • The referral counter resets after the 5th (final) milestone is reached.

  • Milestone status updates will be provided every Friday from 28 Nov onward, for participants eligible to receive gifts.
  • All gifts-with-purchase must be collected from our headquarter office at Peninsula Plaza.

Start earning points once you join as a member:

  • Bronze: 1 point for every $1 spent

  • Silver: 2 points per $1

  • Gold: 3 points per $1

The more you shop, the more perks you unlock—including higher earning rates, better rewards, and exclusive offers.

How do I check my membership status, points, and rewards?

Simply log in to your account on our website. Click on the “Member” tab to view your:

  • Current membership tier

  • Total points

  • Available rewards

We’ll also notify you via email when new benefits become available.

How can I use my points?

Redeem your points at checkout—online or in-store:

  • Online: Log in and apply your points during checkout.

  • In-store: Let our staff know, and they’ll help apply your points at the cashier.

Points can be used to offset your purchase or redeem selected items.

Do points expire? How does membership renewal work?

Yes, your points expire 1 year after your membership anniversary date—which is the date you first reached your current membership level.

Here’s how it works:

  • You have 12 months to earn enough points to maintain or move up your tier.

  • For example, to stay at Gold, you need to earn 600 points within a year.

  • If you don’t meet the required points by the end of that year, your membership will reset to Bronze for the next cycle.
