Required Information for Exchange
When contacting CS, please provide the following details:
Stock Availability
CS will verify stock availability at your preferred outlet. If your size is unavailable, you may opt for a similar model. A top-up will be required if the new model is priced higher.
Reservation & Confirmation
Once the exchange is confirmed, CS will reserve the shoes for you. The exchange must be completed within 1 week.
Warehouse Restock (Special Cases)
If the required size is out of stock at your preferred outlet but available in our warehouse, restocking will take approximately 2 weeks. The exchange period will be extended, and shoes must remain new and unworn during this time.
